🐛 Bug fixes
- Fixed variable reference error in team view that occurred before assignment
- Corrected permissions so provider users can now view all their owned cluster queues

- Fixed Network Attachment Definition (NAD) name handling and moved configuration to settings
- Added validation to ensure accelerators per replica do not exceed queue accelerator limits
