Click on the profile icon.

My Account

Click on My Account.

User Profile

User Profile page will open.

Scroll to the end of User Profile page. Teams(s) to which logged-in user is added to will be visible as shown in the following image .

Note: If team is not assigned, please contact your sponsor for adding Team
