Check Team Assigned

This guide explains how to see which team(s) you are assigned to in Plexus.

Sign in to AAC if needed (see Sign in to AAC).

Open profile

Click the profile icon.

Open your account

Click My Account.

View teams on your profile

The User Profile page opens.

Scroll to the bottom of the page. The team(s) you belong to are listed as in the following image.

No team assigned

If no team is shown, contact your sponsor to be added to a team.
