Create a new AAC account
Creating an AAC (AMD Accelerator Cloud) account is only possible with an invitation generated by an AMD sponsor. When a sponsor generates the invitation, the user will receive a welcome email. This email will contain detailed instructions on how to proceed with creating the account.
Invitation email
The following image shows an example of a welcome email. In the email, there is a link that redirects to the account creation page. The link includes the invitation code, which will automatically appear in the form.
Sign up process
Once the user has received the invitation email, they should go to the registration page and fill in the form details:
- Email address
- First Name
- Last Name
- Password (8 or more characters, may not be all numeric)
- Confirm Password
- Organization
- Industry
It is also necessary to complete the billing information.
When the form is completed, the user must proceed to the next page to review and accept the Terms of Service.
The next screen will direct you to watch out the email inbox.
The new email will include a link to activate the account.
Once clicked on the Activate your account link, the Sign In page will be opened in your browser.
Sign in process
Using the email and password, the user will sign in AAC.
The main page (dashboard) will show three information panels, to help the user to get started.
The first support panel explains how to create a New Workload and provides a link to do it.
The second support panel provides a link to the Applications page where all the applications are listed. All the applications are containerized to guarantee the execution in any compute resource available for the user.
The third support panel provides a link to the Files page.
Account information
To access the account information, click on the user icon at the top right-hand corner of the main menu.
